How do I join my company?
Open the invitation sent to your work email, then sign in with that same address. Here Boss will connect your account to the correct company.
Can I use Here Boss on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on the mobile app or the web app. Your company, projects, teams, and recorded time stay connected.
Why can’t I see a project or team member?
Access follows your company and role. Ask your company owner or admin to confirm the project is active and that your account belongs to the correct company or team.
What should I do if a timer or time entry won’t save?
Confirm you are online, then try again. If the problem continues, include the project name, approximate time, and a screenshot when contacting support.
How do I change my profile?
On the web, open Profile to update your name, photo, or email. Email changes require verification at the new address.
