Delete my account

We will remove your sign-in account and personal profile information. Time entries, timesheets, and other records that your company must preserve will remain, but your identity will be anonymized in those records.

What to expect

Your access to Here Boss will end.
Your profile and direct personal identifiers will be deleted.
Required company records will be retained without identifying you.
We will contact you if identity verification is needed.

Company owner

Delete my entire workspace

An owner request permanently deletes the company workspace, including its catalog, teams, invitations, time entries, timesheets, approvals, reports, settings, and member access.

This cannot be undone.Send the request from the owner account email and keep the exact confirmation phrase in the prepared message.

Strong confirmation

The request must include the exact workspace name and the phrase DELETE MY HERE BOSS WORKSPACE. We will verify ownership and ask for final confirmation before processing the deletion.
